Who can enter the promotion?
Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over. 

How do I enter the promotion?
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

  1. spend at least $20 on any Kirin Hyoketsu products in one (1) transaction, to share from any Liquor Barons, Liquor Stax, Star Liquor, Liquor Legends store in Australia and Thirsty Camel store in Victoria displaying promotional material (including online) ("Participating Venues"); and

  2. visit the store of purchase corresponding website HyoketsuTurnUpTheYes.com.au, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, date of birth, email address and postcode  of residence) and proof of purchase (original receipt for the qualifying purchase) and (optional) select the tick box to consent to receipt of marketing from the Promoter.

You’ll be notified on screen upon entry form submission, subject to verification.

Do I need to keep my proof of purchase / receipt?
You must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is an original receipt for the qualifying purchase.

How many times can I enter?
You can enter multiple times during the promotion, subject to these limits:

  • One (1) entry per qualifying transaction.
  • A maximum of one (1) entry per person per day.
  • A total of ten (10) entries per person for the entire promotional period.
  • Each entry must be submitted separately and follow the entry instruction.

What are the prizes?

How will I receive my prizes?
You’ll be notified instantly onscreen if you have won a prize.  An email will be sent to the email address you provided with confirmation details, and your prize awarded once your claim is validated.  

Prize 1, 2 & 3: Will be shipped to a registered postal address within 28 days, upon confirmation of delivery address. P.O. Boxes will not be accepted.

Prizes 4 & 5: Will be delivered via SMS within 5 business days to the mobile number nominated on entry once your claim is validated. 

Are there any special conditions to my prize?
Yes, there are special conditions for all prizes.  Please check the full Terms and Conditions in the ‘Prize Conditions’ section for this information.
